Help Menu

LeanKit's step-by-step guide on how to access and use the help menu from your LeanKit board. 

For your convenience, LeanKit provides a help menu in the upper right corner of each screen in the system. To show and hide the help menu, simply click the question mark icon located on the top right-hand side of the board or home screen.

The help menu options are the same unless you're on a board or in the board layout editor, where there's an additional Quick Reference option.



Getting Started

Clicking the Getting Started option will open a new browser window and take you to a special section of that's designed to help new users learn the key features of LeanKit.


Quick Reference

On any board, clicking the Quick Reference option from the help menu will open a support article with all the basics for understanding cards



Quick Reference: Board Layout Editor 

In the board layout editor, clicking the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner of your board will open a new window that contains a legend of the various icons used to edit a lane (and briefly explains the function of each one).




Contact LeanKit

The Contact LeanKit option in the help menu allows you to quickly search for information on the LeanKit support site. If the articles you find don't fully answer your question, you may also submit a question to the LeanKit support team.


Access the Knowledge Base 

To browse the support site for how-to articles or to submit a feature request, click the Knowledge Base option in the help menu.


What's New

The What's New option will take you to the Products and Features section of our blog which will keep you up to date on the latest features in LeanKit.
