Why do I receive an "Unauthorized" error when accessing certain features?

What do I do if I see an “Unauthorized” error message while logged in to my LeanKit account?

You may see an “Unauthorized” error message if, for example, you are logged in while we are performing system maintenance. The message can appear when using certain features, such as Connections and Analytics. To resolve the problem, simply log out and then log back in to your LeanKit account.
