LeanKit’s step-by-step guide on how to get set up in our Advanced Reporting Site.
First, to get started using LeanKit’s Advanced Reporting site, visit your organization’s Advanced Reporting site URL. For example: your_account.leankitanalytics.com.
From there, login to your account using your Advanced Reporting username and password. This will bring you to the home page.
To get started setting up a workbook, click on Data Sources.
This will bring up a list of possible data sources for advanced reporting. Select the data source you’d like to report on.
Then select Actions in the upper, left-hand corner, and select New Workbook from the dropdown that appears.
Before you select any specifications for your report, you’ll need to convert all of the Measures that contain “ID” in the name to Dimensions. To do so, select any “ID” measure and click Convert to Dimension in the menu that appears.
For example, these are all the "ID" fields in the Cards datasource:
- Card ID
- Card Type ID
- Connection Board ID
- Current Board ID
- Current Lane ID
- Custom Icon ID
- Parent Card ID
Do this for all of the measures that contain “ID” in the title.
Once you’ve finished converting the “ID” measures to dimensions, you’re ready to get started setting up your report!
